If you have been charged with one or more of the above crimes most likely a computer, video surveillance system, audio recorders, cell phones and Internet usage is being used against you. There are also cases where law enforcement does not have all of the relevant evidence in a case and we are able to examine those items if they are available.
In many cases the government forensic laboratories only look for information that supports the crime you have been charged with. In other words there is data on your computer, cell phone or other device that stores data which has likely not been examined because it doesn't benefit the prosecution of the case - this unexamined data could potentially help your case!
We also have found conclusions by government forensic agencies that do not match the evidence which is another important reason to have your own forensic company examined the evidence.
One of the latest techniques used by law enforcement is called "Cell Phone Tracking". Even if your phone's GPS is off every call, text or use of data is logged by your cellular phone company. This data is commonly being used to place individuals in specific areas on specific dates and times. Data such as telephone calls and the duration of the calls is also available.
FCSI has examined a number of cases involving cellular "mapping" and found some of law enforcement's results to be grossly inaccurate and thus their testimony as well. There are few companies who understand wireless radio systems that are able to correctly interpret the data and provide credible and accurate testimony in Court. FCSI, through it's sister company, has installed and maintained wireless radio communications since 1996.
FCSI's comitment to you is to perform a complete examination of all electronic evidence to ensure you and your attorney have all the factual information available before deciding how to proceed with your case. We use the latest equipment, software and knowledge on each forensic examination and have other thirty years of data forensics experience which pre-dates the invention of the personal computer. We have been qualified as a "computer forensics expert" in multiple State and Federal Courts.
All data can be examined in our own lab saving you time and money. In the case of sex crimes involving child pornography special procedures must be adhered to according to Federal Law and we will discuss these procedures with you and your attorney.
Some cases may involve people who are suspects and/or witnesses. In most cases we are able to examine any electronic evidence the government has from other persons or a Court Order could be obtained for the purpose of examination.
In addition to data forensics we have a team of Private Investigators, Surveillance Agents, Polygraph Examiners and Protective
Service Agents if you need these services for your case.
FCSI can find and produce data such as Email, instant messaging, social media, evidence of hacking, Internet history of web sites visited, social media, cloud storage, movies, pictures and much more even if these items have been deleted.
